My servants will sing
out of the joy of their hearts,
but you will cry out
     from anguish of heart
and wail in brokenness of spirit.
(Isaiah 65:14 (NIV))

This chapter of Isaiah paints a vivid picture of judgment and salvation. It goes into details about what will happen to those who trust in the Lord and to those who rebel against His righteousness. I could go into details, but I believe that these words summarize how each group will feel.

Read those words again and let me know if you wish to feel joy or anguish.

Now, think about feeling that for all eternity.

Do you want to sing out of joy, or do you want to cry out of anguish?

I don't know anyone who would deliberately choose anguish. I don't know anyone who would choose to wail in brokenness.

It is your choice.

Choose before it is too late.

What will you be doing?
