If you profess Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you have a light that needs to shine!

"You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden.
(Matthew 5:14 (NIV))

Too many people never let their light shine. They fear what the world will say. They fear what people will think of them. They fear the consequences of trying to overcome the darkness more than they love the light. Unfortunately, this is not how those of us who profess a faith in Jesus are called to live.

In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.
(Matthew 5:16 (NIV))

We are to shine the light and love of Jesus into a dark and sinful world!

We are not called to receive the light and then hide it.

We are not called to receive the light and then put it out.

We are not called to receive the light and then dim it so that it is not offensive to sinners.

We are called to shine!

Don’t cover your light!
